C. O. Williams Precast Ltd. was incorporated in July 2005 and is the largest local supplier of concrete prefabricated elements. We provide a wide variety of products, including, parking curbs, curb and slipper drains, box drains, culverts, water tanks, pile foundations, wall panels, elevator shafts, and stairs.
The most detailed part of the operation is the production of the precast concrete wall panels, which can be cast inclusive of provision for all utilities. I.e. water supply lines, waste pipes, electrical conduit and boxes, and air conditioning pipes and ducts (depends on thickness of panels). We also mount up all structural elements if required by client.
The second part of our operation entails the design, forming, laying and casting of unbonded post tensioned concrete floors and other structural elements.
We also run a Ready Mix Concrete operation: We operate a Batch Plant and Fleet of Concrete Mixer Trucks. In addition we operate a fully equipped Testing Laboratory with qualified personnel.
Our offices and plant are conveniently located in Bois d’Orange, Gros Islet.
