C.O. Williams Construction commenced operations in 1960 in Barbados and today has grown into a company of international standards, and one of the largest in the Caribbean region.

Our resources and capabilities extend far beyond road construction and include: aggregate supply; ready-mix concrete production; post-tension & precast concrete; sea defence and piling; airport runway paving; real estate development; marina development.

Our knowledge of local conditions, climate and materials – and their implications for the construction process and on project costs – is more extensive than any competitor. From experience, we know how best to meet the challenges of such local conditions and how to mitigate any adverse effects. This expertise and know-how we put to effective use in every project we undertake.

C.O. Williams Group of Companies (St. Lucia) is proud to claim significant responsibility for the construction of the Hess Oil Terminal, the Millenium Highway, the foundation of the Beausejour Cricket Stadium, Villas on the Green at Cap Estate, post-tension and precast sections for The Landings, and sea defense for the town of Gros Islet.
